Job Opening: Permanent Building Substitute
?? Location: Todd, Beloit, WI
?? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
?? Compensation: $35/hour
?? Start Date: August 2025
?? Duration: Full School Year (2025–2026)
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging instruction in core subjects.
Maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment.
Use assessments to guide instruction and track student progress.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Collaborate with grade-level teams and participate in professional development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Valid Wisconsin DPI license
Experience teaching at the appropriate grade level.
Strong organizational and instructional skills.
Commitment to inclusive and student-centered teaching practices.
