Overview The change scope of this role is to better catch channel transformation trend of being more diversified and segmented and deliver business incremental by dedicated regional channel plan cascading, tracking and evaluation Responsibilities Support BU channel guidance and plan cascading and landing •Translate Quarterly BU playbook plan into MU landing plan and cascade to field sales teams. •Responsible for PGSB Merchandising Standard cascading and execution improvement •Ensure accurately & timely communication flow with field force on initiatives, final plans & support •Ensure accurately & timely communication flow with BUTM on execution feedbacks and regional market feedbacks. Support NPD/Packs launch plan in MU •Understand BUTM NPD/Packs plan and lead MU level cascading •Own by MU NPD/Pack forecast accuracy and early offtake reading Co-work with GTM team about MU initiated distributor plan and landing •Explore regional distributor insight; •Develop regional based distributor plan and track and review Qualifications University graduate or above, major in Marketing is a plus 3-4 years of progressive sales or marketing experience, FMCG experience preferred Understand business and frontline operations Capable of working under pressure Ownership, agility, fast learning, fast iteration Motivation to learn about emerging trends and business model.
