Key responsibilities:
1. Managing end-to-end HRMS related operations, accurately maintaining employee data and records
2. Supporting HR related processes including talent acquisition and new employee onboarding
3. Handling the employee engagement related activities for the function
4. Support in resolving any employee queries related to transactions on Hive, Payroll, Leaves etc,.
Experience & Skills
1. 0-2 yrs HR experience handling ELCM
2. Ability to work in constraints
3. Should be comfortable with ambiguity; should display a knack for problem-solving
4. Should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships
