In this role, a typical day will include:
对接渠道的相关工作，包括（销售/库存、预算、合同谈判）制定年度/季度/月度销量目标，完成预期销售目标配合公司市场推广活动，优化活动落地方案，扩大品牌影响力管理 TP 日常工作对接市场部和供应链、优化消费者体验定期与平台小二/直客及 TP 运营进行生意回顾，有效分析和解决当下问题，并发现新增长机会点，为业务长期发展提供战略支持对数字有敏感度，能独立整理并分析店铺及行业数据，透过数据诊断店铺现存问题，预判可能出现的隐患， 并能自主灵活调整店铺运营和销售策略WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
3年及以上电商从业经验，天猫旗舰店经历must 1.5-2年，猫超经历nice to have具有实际操盘运营经验的FMCG品牌方人选， 具有自运营经验/非经销模式的TP运营的，天猫旗舰店的细化运营，有实际操盘案例统招本科学历，客户管理/学习能力，良好的主观能动性，积极的自驱力薪酬福利：
