Experience of capturing requirements for complex reportingExperience of documenting requirements in formal requirements documentsExperience in providing risk assessment for new functionality and enhancementsIdentify process improvement opportunities to drive innovationSound Knowledge of corporate finance experience exhibiting knowledge of financial planning functions and related processesExperience with Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Scrum, Kanban, Discipline Agile)Advocate best practices in development and reportingAbility to work with business users and understand business problems processesMust have good verbal communication and presentation skills to explain complex solutions to customersA self-motivated, confident team player who can work independently without supervisionQuick learner with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to balance multiple modules and prioritize as necessaryEnsuring Data and Access integrity and follow proper governance compliance controlAbility to lead and mentor junior resource

6 years of core hands-on TM1/Planning Analytics development skills Deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient business solutions by supporting all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)Develop TM1 objects (Cubes, Dimensions, Subsets, Hierarchies, Attributes, and Business Rules) without using wizardAdvance TM1 skills for TI ProcessingWrite and Optimize Complex Rules to support reporting and validation requirementsExperienced with TM1 performance optimization (feeder skip checks)Hands-on Experience on Advance PAW/PAX and TM1 ReportingGood Analytical and troubleshooting skills with advanced reconciliation approaches to match data between systemsStrong knowledge of MDX Query Statements, SQL, Excel, Visual BasicMust have Experience in Allocation Implementation and automation of BAU TasksProficient with TM1 Security functionality and can design security layer for the data modelAdvanced TM1 Architecture KnowledgeExperience with TM1 Rest API and Tm1py libraryExperience with relational databases like SQL Server/DB2/Oracle DatabaseKnowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Batch Script)Experience with GIT or other Version Control is must for production releasesExperience in TM1 instances/server administration using correct TM1 Configuration ParametersRelevant Certifications, such as IBM Certified Developer/Modeler, Admin , are a plus
