Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to team members by offering general administrative assistance. As a key point of contact, you will manage mail distribution, copying, scanning, filing, and shipping via FedEx. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and storing information in both paper and digital formats, while providing ad hoc support to the team as needed.
ResponsibilitiesProvide support to team members with general administrative tasks.Serve as the key point of contact for mail distribution, copying, scanning, filing, and shipping via FedEx.Prepare, organize, and store information in paper and digital formats.Provide ad hoc support for the team as needed.Essential SkillsExcellent written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook.Excellent time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Professional manner and approach.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood job tenure, with no more than three jobs in the past five years.Exposure to titles knowledge in prior roles.Experience working for a dealership or in a mortgage setting, with document editing, information verification, and processing.Some accounting background, particularly in transactions such as accounts payable or receivable.Work Environment
This is an in-office position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including an hour lunch break.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
