Crafted Highlights:

In the role of On-Premise Field Sales Representative working in the Surrey/Richmond territory you will be part of the British Columbia On-Premise Sales Team. This position reports to the BC On-Premise Field Sales Manager and is responsible for achieving distribution, volume and share targets for our continued success in the region.

This role provides hands-on training, company vehicle, cell phone, tablet, and the opportunity to learn and grow with one of Canada's oldest brewing companies.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

· This candidate will be the first point of contact for on-premise customers within the Surrey/Richmond territory. It will be the responsibility for this sales representative to manage working relationships with 100+ on-premise customers. Through a First Choice lens, this candidate will build and support relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations, and suppliers

· Negotiate programming in the on-premise on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure the success of our brands while supporting our customers priorities

· Leverage local partnerships with the Vancouver Canucks, BC Lions and Vancouver Whitecaps to bring exclusive initiatives to our on-premise partners

· Achieve and exceed targeted sales plans on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis

· Ensure brilliant execution by building rapport and supporting product standards

· Plan and administer budgets, develop business case proposals and execution

· Participate in twice-weekly sales meetings with the BC on-premise team

· Analyze valuable data by tracking volume, distribution performance and the competitive landscape to develop strategies that will help us meet any challenge

· You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field

· You have 1+ years' progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries

· You must have and maintain a provincial valid driver’s license in good standing with no limitations/restrictions

· You have the ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory to support business needs, as well as occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the assigned territory

· As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check and provide a driver’s abstract

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $50,900.00 - $66,800.00 (posting salary range) + 30% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
