Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our G&A finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations related to the company's General and Administrative functions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Job Responsibilities: Manage the financial planning and analysis process for G&A expenses, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Partner with department heads to develop and track departmental budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements Analyze G&A expense trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations to the business partners and senior management Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to G&A expenses. Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on G&A expense management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel. Experience working in Hyperion is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Demonstrated process improvement and project management skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $119K -$155K and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
