Job Summary
The Partner Program Manager (PPM) designs, refines, and oversees Partner and Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs for the Greater China, ASEAN and South Korea (GCASK) Region. This position coordinates with cross-functional teams for implementation and execution, and throughout the program's lifecycle, the PPM monitors performance and drives enhancements.
Job Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of the partner program, ensuring effective implementation Keep informed on industry trends and competitive partner programs to serve as a subject matter expert. Gather and integrate partner feedback and communicate to Geo to refine the program. Coordinate with various teams to provide the necessary support infrastructure, including tools, systems, policies, processes, and resources. Craft and communicate compelling value propositions, maintaining consistent messaging across program materials for all stakeholders. Align with cross functions to define launch criteria, support planning, and provide regular program updates. Monitor and analyze program performance, seeking opportunities for ongoing optimization. Support the development and facilitation of partner and strategic investment programs at area level. Monitor implementation of activities as per Business Plan and programs with Distis Job Requirements At least 4 Years of experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing partner programs internationally or regionally. Skilled in persuading and aligning stakeholders. Competent in clear communication with diverse audiences, both internally and externally. Excellent organizational capabilities. Prior experience transforming strategic concepts into actionable plans. Capable of leading and working with diverse, cross-functional teams globally.
