Title: Partner Manager
Job Summary

NetApp is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Manager to join our South Korea team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with strategic channel and alliance partners to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and deliver value to our customers. As a Partner Manager, you will work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to align partner strategies with NetApp’s business objectives and ensure mutual success in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for South Korea, focusing on growth, enablement, and mutual profitability. Build strong, trust-based relationships with key channel and alliance partners, including distributors, resellers, system integrators, and cloud service providers. Drive joint business planning with partners, setting clear objectives, revenue targets, and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to support partners in achieving their goals and delivering NetApp solutions to customers. Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen NetApp’s presence and reach in the South Korea market. Monitor partner performance, provide regular updates, and implement improvement plans where necessary. Provide training and enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to sell and support NetApp solutions effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering long-term collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adjust partner strategies accordingly. Represent NetApp at partner events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company’s vision and solutions. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 8+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the IT or technology industry. Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue growth and achieving business targets. Strong understanding of the South Korea market, including the channel ecosystem and customer landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken). Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cloud, data storage, or enterprise IT solutions is highly desirable. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within South Korea and occasionally internationally as required.
