Manager - Liquidity Regulatory Reporting

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Manager to join our Liquidity Regulatory Reporting team in Dublin. This critical role ensures the timely and accurate delivery of regulatory reports to the Central Bank of Ireland, alongside internal liquidity monitoring and capital planning activities. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our regulatory reporting capabilities while contributing to broader finance and business initiatives.
What You’ll Do
• Own SIDAC’s liquidity regulatory reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions.
• Oversee the accurate preparation and timely delivery of returns to the Central Bank of Ireland.
• Interpret and apply evolving regulatory guidelines to ensure full compliance and transparency.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and business stakeholders on regulatory developments and their implications.
• Support internal monitoring of liquidity positions and contribute to capital planning and internal reporting.
• Provide expert analysis and input on new business initiatives, impact assessments, and regulatory change communications.
What You’ll Bring
• University degree and/or professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of CRR/CRD and liquidity-related aspects of regulatory reporting.
• Proven experience working in a regulatory, finance, or audit role within a financial services environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Confidence in managing competing stakeholder demands with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
