Job SummaryThe Front Desk Mailroom Support should have exceptional customer service literacy skills. This role is primarily responsible for managing the doorbell for deliveries, managing in-person Associate requests and signing for deliveries. In addition, this role will be responsible for receiving and sorting all incoming mail to distribute to other departments or individuals as well as respond to inbound calls and emails received in the general Mailroom Inbox.
There may be a requirement for extended hours depending on workload and or special projects
