NetApp is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, building partnerships, and coaching your team to success.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets. Develop strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Utilize your strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings. Apply effective sales techniques such as target account selling and solution selling. Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential. Job Requirements Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship building and collaboration abilities. Deep knowledge of storage technologies and market trends. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals. Education Minimum 8 years of field sales experience and 1 year of people management. College degree or equivalent experience required.
