Job Description and Responsibilities:\n\nPresent, promote and sell New\/Used homes using solid arguments to prospective clients \nPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs\nReach out to leads\nDrive leads through your Marketing efforts\nAchieve sales targets, and appointments\nCoordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors\nContinue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training\n\n

Experience:\n\nSales: 3 years (Preferred)\nCustomer Service: 3 years (Preferred)\nOutside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)\nMarketing: 1 year (Preferred) \n\n
