This covers project management, feasibility studies, vendor management and managing the entire fitout process for civil interiors and electricals **Job location** : Kolkata As the TIS Regional Project manager, you would be expected to manage the following + Drive and ensure TIS performance in terms of timely SFR’s, site completions and zero defects + Ensure timely orders and intimations on a real time basis and on each site + Track vendor performance on a real time basis and identify potential risks and gaps and close them proactively + Ensure timely billing and documentation + Ensure processes of bill checking and validation + Track revenue documentation and maximize revenue each month, month on month + Track key indices on team performance + Be the face of NCR TIS to customer for your region The successful candidate will have experience working with external vendors; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and a strong will to get stuff done and deliver results.
