Job Description
An employer in San Diego, CA is seeking a Timekeeper/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This person will be responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of 100+ timesheets for union employees at a local utility. They will be seeing what timesheets have been submitted and then processing those timesheets. Their duties will be split 50% timekeeping and 50% other administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, coordinating third-party deliveries, sending out daily vacation/sick emails and updating locations of employees within an internal tracking system. This person will also be relied upon to create and publish job aids for a variety of different tasks. Must sit local to San Diego and be willing to go onsite every day of the week (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM).

Skills and Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience doing timekeeping for union employees
- 1-2+ years of administrative assistant experience
- H.S. diploma minimum
- High level of Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency (must be able to perform Excel functions)
- Experience entering time in a timekeeping software (ideally MyTime timekeeping software) - Operations background
- Utilities experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiar with MyTime timekeeping software null
