**_We’re looking for a highly motivated and qualified Timekeeper to join our Texas Health family_** **_._**
**Position Highlights**
· Work location: Texas Health Harris 1301 Pennsylvania Ave Fort Worth, TX 76104
· Work hours: Full Time; 40 Hours/week; Days; 8am-4:30pm
**What You Will Do:**
· Duties to include, but not limited to:
* Validate all reports and correct items as needed and ensure appropriate approvals have been obtained.
* Monitor daily exception reports and reviews for potential payable time problems in order to help the managers understand errors as well as process any corrections prior to payroll processing.
* Process historical payroll corrections, such as adjustments for missed punches, incorrect hours, or retroactive pay changes.
* Place final lock on timecards.
* Review and audit timecards for accuracy prior to closing payroll.
* Assist department managers as needed with UKG and/or PeopleSoft questions and processes. Provide education and training to all managers and other timekeepers.
* Maintains trending and tracking reports of timekeeping data. Tracks various payroll reports, conflict report, PTO report, missed punches and tardy reports.
* Additional duties as assigned.
**Here’s What You Need:**
· **Education**
o H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required
· **Experience**
o 1 2 Years Prior timekeeping experience preferred
**Skills and Abilities:**
· Working knowledge of Excel, Word and be able to perform 10 key by touch.
· Excellent PC skills, organization and communication skills.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
