Howden South Africa Division is looking for an experienced **Time Clerk x2** to perform time sheet and administration duties on customer sites for GO shutdown and maintenance crew. **_What Will You Do?_** • Compile time sheets with correct job numbers and always ensure accuracy. • Submit timesheets to timesheet office as per procedure and within stipulated time. • Routinely inspect, test tools for full functioning and check the condition of tools in accordance with procedure and set schedule and repair according to standard. • Adhere to all SHE requirements as per Howden safety rep requirements. • Transport of tools of equipment to and from site. • Register new tools on the tool list; update tools list in accordance with the movement of tools; monthly count and reconcile tools with stock list. **_Your Experience Should Be..._** • Grade 12/ Matric • Driver’s license • Basic SHE Rep training • Computer literate • Mechanical insight to assist with mechanical repairing **_Our Benefits Package..._** This is an equal opportunity position.
