What will you do?Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and proceduresMaintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team membersAssist managers in training and development of the teamInspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needsSupervise hourly team members in the daily performance of their dutiesEnsure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service

More about you1 year of related experience is requiredBasic math skills Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail requiredDemonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to maintain the guest’s goodwillHigh school diploma or GED preferred

Physical requirementsAbility to lift or carry 35 poundsAbility to stand or walk 100% of the time
