Job Title: TIG Welder

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range: $30/hr Performance-based raise opportunities available

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with as much OT as you want

What's the Job?

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel pipe with precision and attention to detail. Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in optional weekend work to maximize earnings.

What's Needed?

Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience required. Proficiency in working with stainless steel pipe. Strong attention to detail and reliability on the job. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
