TIG Welder – 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Location: Anderson-Negele | Fultonville, NY Are you a skilled TIG welder seeking a hands-on role in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment where quality and precision matter? Anderson-Negele is hiring a TIG Welder to help build high-performance sanitary instruments used in the food, beverage, and life sciences industries. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to produce top-quality components that are essential to product performance and safety. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM --- What You’ll Do · Perform high-precision TIG welding in accordance with sanitary welding standards · Braze and solder components as required · Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints · Set up and operate welding tools and related equipment including turn tables, lathes, drill presses, and grinders · Follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) using computer systems (no detailed part drawings needed) · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; care for tools and equipment · Complete cleaning, testing, and finishing of welded parts · Accurately track and report material usage and production progress · Monitor for defects and maintain quality standards throughout the weld and assembly process · Complete welding tasks on time and to specification to support on-time delivery (OTD) of products and customer orders · Collaborate with a close-knit welding team that adapts to shifting priorities and custom manufacturing needs --- Your Growth Potential · Develop expertise across a wide range of product lines · Continuously build skills and refine your welding craft · Work in a clean, climate-controlled, safety-first environment · Advance your career in a company that values and promotes from within --- What You Bring · High school diploma or equivalent · 5+ years of TIG welding experience, preferably in sanitary or high-precision applications · ASME weld certification is a plus (not required) · Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read technical drawings · Strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork · Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks independently --- Why You’ll Love Working Here · Supportive, skilled, and collaborative team environment · Stable weekday schedule with strong work-life balance · Clean, climate-controlled facility — cool in summer, warm in winter · Global company with a strong local presence **Anderson-Negele:** Anderson-Negele is a global instrumentation company with the mission to provide the best hygienic instrumentation solutions and services for processors of food, beverage and life sciences products.
