I’m hiring on behalf of a high-growth UK ConTech company that’s modernising how commercial construction and real estate projects are delivered, operated, and maintained.
Their platform is already embedded across some of the UK’s most significant built environment schemes – and now they’re looking to bring in a top-performing Enterprise AE to drive new business growth across the commercial sector.
💡 The OpportunityYou’ll lead strategic sales into contractors, developers, asset owners, and consultants, closing high-value SaaS deals with multiple stakeholders involved.

🧱 What You’ll Be Doing Own the full enterprise sales cycle (deal sizes typically six-figure+) Sell to senior decision-makers across construction and property portfolios Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, and onboarding teams Map accounts and build a pipeline in a warm, opportunity-rich market Help shape the go-to-market approach within a nimble, well-funded scale-up ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales Ideally with experience in ConTech, PropTech, FM, BIM, asset management, or built environment software Able to manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Confident selling into operational, digital, commercial, and executive-level stakeholders Comfortable in a consultative, value-led sales environment 🔧 Why It’s a Great Move £80k base + £160k OTE (uncapped, realistic) 3 days/week in a central London office Chance to work with a credible leadership team and a mission-critical product Active client base + real product-market fit Massive runway in the commercial construction and real estate space📩 Interested in hearing more?
