Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a reliable and proactive Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to provide essential onsite IT support at our St. Louis, MO location. This is a short-term contract role ideal for someone with at least 1 year of professional IT experience or a recent graduate with a technical degree. You will serve as the boots-on-the-ground support for the clients Network and System Administrators sitting in another office location. Key Responsibilities:  Provide first-level technical support to end users  Perform password resets and basic account troubleshooting  Replace toner and resolve basic printer connectivity issues  Troubleshoot and escalate hardware/software issues as needed  Serve as the onsite liaison for the remote IT team  Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions  Ensure timely and professional communication with users We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
