Description Job Title: Tier 1 Helpdesk Agent (also known as Help Desk Agent, Service Desk Agent, Desk Agent, or Guest Services) Key Responsibilities: + Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats to support users across the U.S. + Handle tasks ranging from quick password resets to mid-level troubleshooting. + Support remote users and work as part of a virtual team. SRequired Experience: + 1–2 years in a helpdesk or call center role. + Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow. + Experience supporting remote employees. kMust-Have Skills: + Troubleshooting Windows, VPN, and Microsoft Office issues. + Knowledge of Active Directory and domain structures. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Familiarity with remote meeting tools (Teams, WebEx, Zoom). + Ability to learn and support custom applications. iNice-to-Have Skills: + Experience with VPN clients like Citrix NetScaler, Cisco VPN, Akamai EAA. lSoft Skills: + Strong communication and people skills. + Ability to understand and respond to user needs quickly. + Team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency. lWork Setup Requirements: + Quiet, secure workspace. + Personal high-speed internet (no public Wi-Fi). + Cell phone with good reception. + Speakers/mic or USB headset (provided). s Help desk, Troubleshooting, Help desk support Top Skills Details Help desk,Troubleshooting,Help desk support Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
