This includes clinic operations and compensation analysis. 20% Annual Service Line Budgeting: Coordinate with service line Directors and VPs to complete the annual budget. This includes revenue, compensation, staffing and operational expense projections. 20% Reporting and Ad Hoc Requests: Including but not limited to creating and maintaining reports for KPI tracking, income statements, and other comparative analysis and reporting and ad hoc requests. 20% Service Line Forecasting: Coordinate with Directors and VPs to complete the quarterly forecasting for assigned service lines. This includes revenue, compensation, staffing and operational expense projections. 15% Service Line Variance Analysis: Provide root cause narrative analysis for monthly and year-to-date actual results variance comparison to budget and forecast.
