Third Party Warehousing Manager

Role Overview:

Third Party Warehousing Manager will play a pivotal role in the relocation of our warehouse operations to a third-party service provider and subsequently oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and contract management with the service provider. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth transition and support the EMEA Third Party Warehouse Director serving as a primary point of contact for communication and relationship management with third-party Logistics Provider.

During the Day2Day this position will be liaising with internal and external customer contacts, finished goods supplier’s and freight forwarders globally to achieve and exceed Global Supply Chain service to customer. As well as drive continuous improvements in line with S+N and the third-party logistics provider.

What will you be doing:

Operational Oversight

Ensure appropriate warehousing performance levels, cost levels and controls at the Distribution Center in line with Quality, Internal controls and SOX requirements and support any internal and external audits, including follow up on findings, deviations and CAPAsEnsure that all warehousing processes and procedures comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols in alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Performance Management

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse performance and productivity.Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback to third-party service providers.Develop strategies to enhance performance and achieve operational targets.

Contract Management

Negotiate and finalize contracts with third-party service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and relationship management with third-party vendors


What will you need to be successful?

Broad work experience in warehousing operations and/or transportation management, including relocation projects and third-party vendor management.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Experience in managing 3rd party Logistics ProvidersFluent in written and spoken English & Polish
