Third Party Risk Management Staff:
TPRM Team is a part of the DuPont Compliance Team. TPRM manages the ethics and compliance risk that third parties present to the organization. Through partnership with all lines of business, TPRM team collects and analyzes the third parties in a centralized tool. The TPRM team's objective is to effectively limit the probability and/or impact that a third-party's action could negatively affect DuPont, in order to meet legal regulations and our own standards of how we run business ethically.
Entry-level professional with basic knowledge/experience in a discipline, performing standard tasks under significant supervision.
• Has some work experience and/or requires formal training in theories/concepts within own function.
• Builds understanding of the organization, processes and customers.

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*. We also announced that we would retain the Water business. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and successful separation process for the Future Electronics business.
