The Third-Party Purchasing Analyst at Philips oversees the strategic management of third-party procurement activities, ensuring efficient sourcing, master data accuracy and reliable delivery.
**Your role:**
+ Owns (directly or as a delegation) the transportation operations in her/his scope, securing inbound goods receiving, storage, handling and outbound transportation are executed efficiently with focus on highest quality and patient safety, end-to-end optimization and in full compliance with processes defined and with quality, regulatory, sustainability, legal and trade compliance obligations.
+ Ensures the quality assurance of master data and transactional data throughout the entirety of his/her operational activities, maintaining a stringent adherence to established protocols and standards to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all created and updated records.
+ Establishes and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and transportation operations, regularly monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Develops and implements comprehensive transportation strategies aligned with business objectives, taking into account factors such as cost, service level agreements, quality, regulatory, legal and trade compliance obligations, and environmental sustainability.
+ Leads cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of large-scale projects aimed at optimizing transportation networks, reducing costs, onboarding new operations, improving supply chain visibility and enhancing service quality.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 1+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics, Operations, Physical Distribution or equivalent.
+ Your skills include supply chain management, logistics systems, data analysis and interpretation, transportation planning and sourcing, third-party logistics management, KPI and budget management, continuous improvement
+ You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ You’re a detail-oriented individual, ability to drive success, good communication written and verbally and ability to work cross-functionally
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $84,000 to $134,400
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
