Third Party Administrator
Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting financial operations, focusing on invoice reconciliation and approvals. Responsibilities: • Reconcile invoices by accessing systems to track payment statuses and updating records accurately. • Maintain detailed documentation of reconciliation activities and invoice progress. • Review vendor invoices to ensure compliance with approval conditions and process them efficiently. • Handle approximately 20-30 invoices daily, verifying accuracy and addressing discrepancies. • Investigate payment issues in invoice systems, troubleshoot discrepancies, and escalate unresolved concerns. • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely resolutions. • Adapt to shifting priorities in workload, seamlessly transitioning between reconciliation and approval tasks. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and timely reporting of payment-related issues. • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support departmental goals. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or invoice reconciliation roles. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing financial data. • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve payment discrepancies and system issues. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors. • Familiarity with vendor invoice approval processes and compliance requirements. • Capacity to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. • Experience with customer invoices and account reconciliation processes.
