Job Summary
Position will provide primary sales support to Third Party sales team by interacting with Sales Executives and external brokers on historical usage data uploads, pricing requests, and contract generation/acceptance. Analyst also provides ESI ID/LDC Account research, Tax Exempt, and Broker Payment Documentation. Supports transacting on both custom and TOSA contracts for Third Party sales team.Job Description
Key Accountabilities
•Support Third Party sales with historical usage data uploads, pricing requests, and contract generation/acceptance. As well as, ESI ID/LDC Account research, Tax Exempt, and Broker Payment Documentation.•Support Third Party sales team with setting up and closing highly profitable energy deals with business customers through a variety of means including obtaining usage history, working with price quotes and closing contracts.•Use Salesforce, SAP, ERCOT portal, LodeStar, and TDU Portals•Maintains established service levels by working with customers to obtain account information, provide contract pricing and resolve account issues. •Generates and presents regular and ad hoc reports regarding customer accounts and sales processes. Works with organizations throughout Business Markets to ensure customer accounts are handled efficiently and accurately. Ensures customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and works with contract & credit groups to prepare customer offers.Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
•Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required•Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills required•2 – 3 years in a data analyst or sales support role preferred•Experience using Salesforce and SAP preferred•Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills•High School Diploma or equivalency requiredKey Metrics
•Accuracy of contract forms, tracking and resolving any discrepancies. If discrepancies discovered, working within expected time frames to resolve and correct. •Able to manage, prioritize and complete support-related requests from sales executives•Ensures adherence to regulatory and government guidelines in maintaining customer accounts•Ensures an accurate and timely process for maintaining customer account information and closing pricing transactionsJob Family
