As the Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all treatment services provided to individuals and their families, monitoring the quality of care delivered, and ensuring compliance with external regulations and company standards of care. + Develop, coordinate, and evaluate overall therapeutic services, promoting a team concept and functioning as a collaborative partner with Clinical Services to promote high quality, cost-effective rehabilitation services. + Coordinate and oversee assessment, treatment, program planning, development and implementation, and related documentation communication. + Provide treatment to persons served appropriate to age group and diagnosis, working as part of a dynamic program serving residents with varying diagnoses including amputations, orthopedic injuries and surgeries, brain injury/stroke, and general medical rehabilitation. + Consistently plan appropriate methods and quantity of treatment as determined by resident need and departmental standards, utilizing safe and effective means of treatment. + Effectively communicate treatment goals and plans in rounds and conferences; effectively educate and train individuals served, families, and caregivers. + Oversee Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy Social Services, and Vocational Counseling staff of all levels of experience, providing supervision, support, and staff development; act as spokesperson for the team in program-based activities.
