Therapist, Physical (Float)

Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, Day/Evening Shift Role, Weekday shifts starting as early as 6 AM and end as late as 6 PM, depending on the need. Normally 8 hour shifts.
1 required weekend shift every 4 weeks.
1 required holiday annually. You will work at UW Health Northern Illinois in Rockford, Rockton/Roscoe, Loves Park and Belvidere.

QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). RequiredParticipates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs. RequiredWork Experience Licenses & CertificationsCurrent license from the State of Illinois per department policy. An applicant for employment as a physical therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a physical therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. RequiredCPR certification.
