We’re looking for a dedicated, caring, and highly motivated Therapeutic Practices Aide to provide hands-on support to students in our day school, camp, respite, and other therapeutic programs.

This is a dynamic, people-first role—perfect for someone who wants to be a leader in supporting student growth and development while guiding and modeling therapeutic best practices for staff.

Provide compassionate, consistent care and support to students with diverse needs in classroom and program settings.

Lead and model therapeutic best practices for staff, while helping implement behavior support plans and individualized student interventions.

Facilitate weekly therapeutic team meetings and provide meaningful feedback to staff.

Observe and support student progress—helping them meet their educational, behavioral, and personal goals.

Maintain awareness of students' IEP, treatment plans, and behavior goals, and help integrate these into daily classroom activities.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and assist with behavior data analysis (with support from our PBIS Coordinator).

Review incident reports for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with internal policies—providing feedback to staff to promote ongoing improvement.

Be a flexible, go-to team member, stepping into different classrooms or programs based on need.

Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment at all times.

A heart for working with students and a passion for therapeutic education and behavior support.

Strong interpersonal skills—you’re a natural at building trust and collaborating with both students and staff.

Experience or interest in therapeutic practices, special education, or behavior management.

Comfort with documentation and reporting; attention to detail matters here.

Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment where each day brings new challenges and rewards.

Bonus: Familiarity with IEPs, trauma-informed care, or positive behavior interventions (PBIS).
