In this role you drive the commercial success of the treatments within Immunology as to CRSwNP in Denmark.
Main responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with KOLs and key customers to create long-term partnerships and identify customer needsHave a customer centric and personalized engagement approach to drive disease awareness and salesExecute’ personalized customer journeys for key customers and centers, leveraging data and insights collected to determine the next best actionMonitor and analyze market dynamics, market potential and competitive situationResponsible for targeting and segmentation of key customersWork with market access and with HCPs to remove barriers to prescription at the account/regional levelRun and define relevant local projects/co-creation projectsStay up-dated on national/regional market access processes affecting access to product portfolioClose collaboration with local market access team to support market access activitiesCollaborate and proactive participation in brand teams to provide bottom-up input on needs, share insights and learnings, as well as leverage global and NE materials, resources, campaigns, and initiatives that support and drive customer engagementAdhere to the policies, standard operating procedures and regulations both from a Country and Sanofi perspective to maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics and business integrityContinuously stretch yourself to improve, simplify and prioritize within your area of influence with a laser focus on adding valueAbout youExpected behaviours/ soft skills
