At Sanofi Vaccines GBU, we're committed to protecting global health through innovative vaccine development and reliable supply. Our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring our life-saving products reach patients worldwide when they need them most.

As Global Supply Chain Therapeutic Area (TA) Head, you'll lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for our RSV and other innovation portfolio, working collaboratively across our global network and with alliance partners to drive excellence in supply chain management.

Main responsibilities:

Shape Strategic Direction

Design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with our global ambitionsLead end-to-end value stream planning with a 0-4 year horizonEstablish clear strategic principles for your therapeutic area teamOversee inventory management and stock policies based on product flows and risk assessment

Drive Commercial Success

Partner closely with Global Franchise leadership as the primary Supply Chain contactSupport commercial operations with focus on launch excellence and established productsRepresent GBU supply chain in management committees and provide guidance in governance forums

Lead Performance Excellence

Set product supply policies across our networkCollaborate across value streams with Global Franchise teams and other key stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators

Manage Alliance Partnerships

Develop joint strategic supply plans with alliance partnersLead supply chain negotiations for Manufacturing and Supply AgreementsRepresent Sanofi in joint alliance governance forums

Build an Exceptional Team

Develop team capabilities and foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvementCreate a pool of expertise within your Therapeutic AreaCoach and develop team members to reach their full potential

About you

Supply Chain is a mustExperience developing strategies and long-range planningKnowledge of Integrated Business Planning processesBackground in driving change and performance improvementUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and operationsExperience managing financial aspects of supply chainBackground in coaching and developing diverse teams

Education and Background

Four-year degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fieldExperience in pharmaceutical industry in Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Demand Management, or FinanceInternational experience and demonstrated leadership in complex environments
