The ZEISS Women Award in the Digital Social Impact category
This category recognizes those who have made significant contributions to society through innovative initiatives in the digital and IT sectors. We are looking for applicants who have founded non-profit organizations, developed 
technologies to address societal challenges, or launched initiatives that promote social justice, digital education, or STEM support. Has your work had a profound and positive impact on communities and drives meaningful change? 
Show us how you define impact. This prize will be awarded to a visionary woman who is a trailblazer for societal change through her ideas.

Abstract: 
Illustrate the innovative character and impact of your work in a way that will be understood by readers outside your area of expertise. The total length of the document should not exceed two DIN A4 pages.
To assist you in creating a strong abstract, consider reflecting on the following guiding questions:


• Describe the vision and goals of your initiative. How do you see your work contributing to societal change?
• Explain the innovative aspects of your initiative. What sets your work apart from others in the field?
• Provide specific examples of how your work has positively affected communities or individuals. Include any measurable outcomes or testimonials that demonstrate the significance of your contributions.
• What is the primary goal or objective of your project, initiative, or research?
• Who are the intended audience or beneficiaries of your work?
• What specific actions, strategies, or interventions are you implementing?


Motive description: 
Tell us about your personal intrinsic motivation behind the project in a personal message. The total length of the document should not exceed one DIN A4 page.


Your motive description could include:


• Share your journey and experiences that led you to pursue digital social impact initiatives. What inspired you to start your project or organization? 
• Your dedication to your cause. What sacrifices have you made, or what efforts have you undertaken to ensure the success of your initiatives?
• In what capacity did you lead or support the research project, and what impact did your involvement have? 
• What have you learned about yourself, leadership, and community engagement through your journey?
• The change or impact you aim to create.
• What personal experience inspired your commitment to this social issue.
• What drives your ongoing dedication to this cause.
