**What you will do:**
The Pre-validation Engineering Change Controller plays a key role in the engineering change process and acts as a bridge between Engineering and Operations. They serve as Chair of the Manufacturing Change Board, coordinate engineering change execution within operations and communicate changes once approved.
+ Chair the Manufacturing Change Board
+ Understand the impact each engineering changes may have on various groups within Operations with whom the change must be communicated and coordinated
+ Engage with Manufacturing Operations, Global Supply Chain, and assembly sites to gather commitments for engineering change execution
+ Create and present monthly reports to leadership, including the status of engineering changes
+ Manage standard work / policies / procedures / KPIs
+ Ensure policies, procedures and standard work are followed
+ Collaborate across functional areas to manage change and implement new processes
**Qualifications you must have:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience in Operations or Supply Chain; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
**Qualifications we prefer:**
+ Understanding of supply chain and MRP processes
+ Knowledge and familiarity with SAP System transactions
+ Understanding of bills of material and configuration management
+ Experience reading technical drawings / blueprints
+ Knowledge and familiarity with TeamCenter
+ Proficient knowledge of product change incorporation processes
+ APICS / ASCM certification
+ Raytheon Six Sigma, ACE, or CORE advanced certification
+ Experience with MS SharePoint site administration

**This role is:**
**Hybrid:** Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
