Vice President, Sales and Strategic Accounts (TNF Americas)

How You Will Make a Difference

The Vice President of Sales and Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading and expanding the wholesale division of The North Face Americas organization. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth through wholesale channels, and aligning wholesale operations with the company’s broader brand and financial goals.

In this role, this individual is responsible for driving the Go to Market (GTM) process across the US sales team. They will ensure that strategic apparel and footwear initiatives are executed to the highest standards. This position is fast paced and will be responsible for driving some of our most dynamic wholesale partnerships. This person will be a key liaison for connecting sales, merchandising and marketing to develop a collective vision across the brand that comes to life within each of our accounts. Seeking a leader who blends creativity and analytical rigor, inspires teams with empathy and enthusiasm, drives impactful results, and champions innovative thinking—while anchoring every decision in data-driven insights.

What you will do:

Initiate the Go-To-Market (GTM) processes throughout U.S. Wholesale with a specific focus on key strategic accounts, apparel and footwear.Communicate needs of business that support long term growth plans. Validation of decisions with data driven insights and development of strategic plans to drive business solutions.Identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities tailored to each business, driving growth by aligning with distinct consumer needs.Establish and refresh long term strategic growth plans for each account to ensure long term success.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.Partner with global counterparts to drive synergy across business.Drive revenue growth through existing and new wholesale accounts.Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and budgets.Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize product offerings and pricing strategiesDrive with digital first approach. Fuel business with innovative tactics to unlock digital momentum.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 12+ years

Educational/ Position Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and a minimum of 12 years general management experience in the Wholesale, Retail, Buying, or Merchandising field or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.Experience working in the Sales / Retail industryBusiness acumen and learning agility: ability to articulate financial impact of strategic choices, understand multiple business models, identify pivotal KPIs to drive actionPowerful communication: ability to communicate persuasively, both verbally and written; ability to influence others through quantitative and qualitative data, EQ and IQ

Travel Requirements:

Travel by air and overnight, as required 35-40% amount of time.

Hiring Range:

$228,000.00 USD - $285,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.

Long-Term Incentive Potential: This position is eligible to participate in a Long-Term Incentive Plan. Specific details of the plan will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
