How You Will Make a Difference
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager of FP&A and eCommerce Planning to lead financial and operational planning across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Full Price and eCommerce channels. This role is responsible for driving in-season performance through expert financial planning, scenario analysis, and close cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with strong business acumen and a proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. OTB Reforecasting & Financial Planning
Lead the monthly Open-to-Buy (OTB) reforecast process.Synthesize complex business inputs (e.g., sales trends, inventory positions, weather, promotions) to deliver timely and accurate forecasts for sales, margin, and inventory.Ensure alignment with broader financial targets and business strategy.2. Financial & Scenario Planning
Own weekly financial forecast reviews with Finance and executive leadership.Present updates on sales, margin, and operational KPIs.Create and communicate scenario plans to assess risks, evaluate trade-offs, and guide decision-making.3. In-Season Business Management (Trading / DTC Sales & Operations Execution)
Monitor weekly performance across all DTC channels, categories, and divisions.Provide actionable insights and make recommendations to optimize sales and minimize risk.Identify opportunities to drive revenue and improve financial outcomes in real time.4. Markdown, Promotional & Exit Strategy
Develop and lead channel-specific markdown and promotional strategies.Partner with merchandising and pricing teams to manage end-of-life and excess inventory strategies.Maintain margin integrity while ensuring brand equity and premium execution across touchpoints.5. Cross-Functional Partnership
Act as the key liaison between eCommerce, Full Price Channel teams, and functional stakeholders including Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Site Merchandising, Paid Media, and Finance.Ensure coordinated planning and execution to support consistent customer experience and financial performance.Free To Be, Inclusion & Diversity

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 7+ years (Direct-to-Consumer preferred) 2+ years experience leading/mentoring others
Educational Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and business forecasting
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Oracle) a plus
• Collaborative mindset with strong project management capabilities
• Ability to synthesize data into insights and translate insights into action

Hiring Range:
$120,960.00 USD - $151,200.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
