This role is responsible for driving in-season performance through expert financial planning, scenario analysis, and close cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with strong business acumen and a proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies._ __________________________________________ _Key Responsibilities_ _1. OTB Reforecasting & Financial Planning_ + _Lead the monthly Open-to-Buy (OTB) reforecast process._ + _Synthesize complex business inputs (e.g., sales trends, inventory positions, weather, promotions) to deliver timely and accurate forecasts for sales, margin, and inventory._ + _Ensure alignment with broader financial targets and business strategy._ _2. Financial & Scenario Planning_ + _Own weekly financial forecast reviews with Finance and executive leadership._ + _Present updates on sales, margin, and operational KPIs._ + _Create and communicate scenario plans to assess risks, evaluate trade-offs, and guide decision-making._ _3. In-Season Business Management (Trading / DTC Sales & Operations Execution)_ + _Monitor weekly performance across all DTC channels, categories, and divisions._ + _Provide actionable insights and make recommendations to optimize sales and minimize risk._ + _Identify opportunities to drive revenue and improve financial outcomes in real time._ _4. Markdown, Promotional & Exit Strategy_ + _Develop and lead channel-specific markdown and promotional strategies._ + _Partner with merchandising and pricing teams to manage end-of-life and excess inventory strategies._ + _Maintain margin integrity while ensuring brand equity and premium execution across touchpoints._ _5.
