Manager, Allocations – TNF, Americas

How You Will Make a Difference

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Manager of Allocations to lead l planning across othe strategy & execution of allocations across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Full Price and Outlet channels. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory is optimized throughout our fleet based on standard KPIs (In-Stock, WOC, etc.) through expert financial planning, scenario analysis, and close cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with strong business acumen and a proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Merchandise Allocation & Replenishment - Develop and execute allocation strategies across stores, aligning with financial plans, inventory turn objectives, and regional/store-specific needs (US & Canada). 

2. Direct Allocation Team & Provide Insights - Manage the allocation team, partnering with buying and planning to align strategies with business goals and provide actionable insights during weekly reviews. 

3. Optimize Store Ranking & Buy Plans - Oversee store ranking and attribution for major season buys, ensuring appropriate volume, capacity, and product eligibility for buy plan adjustments. 

4. Markdown, Promotional & Exit Strategy -  Optimize inventory allocation to meet in-stock rate targets, adjusting based on regional demand and sales forecasts in collaboration with store operations field teams.

5. Partner with DCs & Logistics for Timely Deliveries - Work with DCs and Logistics to ensure SLAs are met and inventory flows efficiently for timely store deliveries. 

6. Manage Inventory - Manage inventory allocation & distribution across stores and channels optimizing product availability based on demand, seasonality, stores performance. Lead the efforts to identify areas of opportunities to optimize inventory carried in DCs and Stores in collaboration with Demand, Supply Planning, and Operations teams to meet in-season targets.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years (Direct-to-Consumer preferred) 2+ years’ experience leading/mentoring others

Educational Position Requirements:

•            Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus

•            Strong proficiency in a allocations, scenario planning, and business forecasting

•            Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership

•            Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Oracle) a plus

•            Collaborative mindset with strong project management capabilities

•            Ability to synthesize data into insights and translate insights into action
