Team overview and job responsibilities 

Quality Manager to join our Quality team, Based in Tetla / Tlaxcala-Mexico; the candidate will be responsible of ensuring compliance with the Quality Processes for the Quality, management system, following all procedures of the ISO ISO-9001 Quality System in all areas of the plant, ensuring efficient performance and development of these systems.  Also, will be in charge of creating a high sense of commitment to Quality SG to generate complete customer satisfaction. 

 

Job responsibilities 

Implement and maintain a quality system that could meet or exceed the expectations of the ISO Quality System ISO 9001 and TL 9000.  has the authority to designate its team with responsibilities before the quality system. 

Working with Processes to Upgrade and Keep 8-D Equipment Running with the specifications of the team members and maintain a log, sign the result sheet of corrective actions with knowledge of plant management and the Direction of Operations. 

Ensure that nonconformities have been recorded and that customers are called confirming the number and receipt of such nonconformities. Also provide response and get approval within the time set by the customer to ensure that corrective action. 

Provide a Weekly and Monthly Report to Plant Management. 

Ensure that the supplier evaluation system for raw materials, inputs and tooling is used and maintain the improvement of the Quality System regarding supplier performance on an ongoing basis. 

Review customer requirements and specifications to comply with the procedures regarding the quality standards that the company has established. 

Work with Production staff to identify and implement continuous improvement that ensures that the company obtains a product in the highest quality range. 

Coordinate and maintain final audit procedures. 

 

Who are we looking for? 

Bachelor's degree: Electrical Engineer, Electrician Ing. or Related Career 

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales to the industry, preferred electrical and / or power cables. 

Language: Advanced English (Required) 

Good management of Excel and teamwork 

Availability of travel.
