Responsible for researching and evaluating complex projects that require advanced technical and analytical expertise. This role involves identifying and assessing process methodologies, financial impacts, and technical applications across various business functions. The position is cross-functional and may support departments such as operations, finance, laboratory, technical, sales, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify and advise on billing interface errors related to test codes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized solutions and resolve billing discrepancies.Generate and analyze daily and weekly reports, providing summaries and insights to broader team audiences.Support the governance team by evaluating data errors and contributing to corrective actions.Assist with the ongoing support and optimization of Ascension billing interfaces and Labcorp’s Testmaster system.Perform additional duties as needed to support system compliance and standardization initiatives.Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics or related field (or equivalent work experience)5+ years of experience working with billing systems, data analysis, or healthcare operations roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively represent Labcorp in Webex meetings, emails, and possibly in-person discussions.Highly motivated and eager to learn new systems (billing, LIS, data query tools).Demonstrated ability to maintain standardization and ensure compliance within system workflows.Application Window closes 8/29/2025
Pay Range: $60,000 - $110,000 annually
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
