**Job Title: Analytical Chemistry Testing Technician**
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Analytical Chemistry Testing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses, interpret and communicate findings, and provide technical support to the analytical team, research and development, and other cross-functional departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on laboratory experience and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform a wide range of analytical testing using modern instrumentation and classical wet chemical techniques
+ Prepare samples, clean and maintain glassware, and calibrate instruments as needed
+ Compile, interpret, and report test results accurately and promptly to relevant stakeholders
+ Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on product and ingredient analysis within cross-functional project teams
+ Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), maintain safety standards, and contribute to laboratory upkeep and organization
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field (preferred)
+ 2–3 years of experience in an analytical or scientific laboratory environment
+ Familiarity with analytical instrumentation including GC/MS, HPLC, UV/VIS, FTIR, and ICP
+ Strong skills in GC/MS analysis related to flavors or fragrance preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
**Preferred Attributes:**
+ Experience in a regulated laboratory setting
+ Demonstrated leadership or influence in prior roles
+ Eagerness to learn and apply new analytical methods
**Note:**
While prior lab experience is required, training will be provided to support further development in specific techniques and protocols.
**Pay Details:** $19.51 to $22.96 per week
