About the Role

AIA Hong Kong is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to contribute TDA to uplift quality and standards in the organization. This role will provide SME advice across multiple projects/platforms to ensure test automation delivery process adheres to defined best practices including GenAI technologies

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with delivery quality governance managers to build test automation frameworks including GenAI technologies that are practical and applicable to be executed across projects / platforms to support test automation efficiencyProvide constructive feedback to continuously optimize & enhance the QA frameworksDefine, review and maintain the GenAI test automation frameworks across projects /platformsDesign/Architect automated test framework and approach for various applicationsImplement QA process and automated testing for all the work streams to improve the overall product quality by covering LLMs performance, security tests.Evaluate performance, security of LLMs using appropriate metrics by producing dashboards with respective weightage and scoringLead a team of automation engineers to develop and implement automation solutionsProvide technical design using automation and performance testing solutionsReview test artefacts produced by other teamsProvide automation development guidance to other test developersPerform regular code reviews to verify automation code quality and maintain in version control system by following CI/CD processDesign automation test reports and ensure test reports provide quick overall results and efficiently investigate failuresPerform POCs on new technologies/tools that can improve testing quality and efficiencyExecute QA frameworks, policy, metrics, methodologies and tools capable of delivering embedded quality management across enterprise-wide delivery platforms to maintain best practices and high-quality of application implementation and deliveryAssist project manager / platform to lead key business and technology stakeholders (e.g. Product Owner, Platform Lead) and/or project stakeholders to develop the Quality management approach across a full range of IT delivery activitiesCoordinate and liaise with business units, IT, external vendors, and/or project teams to resolve any quality issuesOn-going enhancement on test automation frameworks to cope with ever-changing technical requirementsMentor project / platform team on quality aspects with proper and regular training, and provide guidance at quality standards and best practices for application quality improvementManage onshore and offshore test engineering resources to support adherence to defined best practice for delivering high quality deliverablesContinuously assess project / platform teams’ test automation delivery quality to identify areas for possible improvements in the testing procedures, frameworks, and practiceCommunicate progress and issues through regular status reporting and meeting to the team, department, Management, and IT Steering CommitteeReviews and analyses project deliverables and metrics against prescribed quality tollgatesSupport internal audit assessment and review activity

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplinesMinimum 8 years of IT industry experience with a strong emphasis on engagement across the breadth of delivery activities, highly effective stakeholder engagement, metrics definition and analysis and communicationMinimum 5 years of IT Solution Quality Assurance/ManagementMinimum 1 years of LLMs (Large language models) automation experience and evolutionExcellent knowledge of Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Governance, Test Engineering, and agile conceptsStrong knowledge of the SDLC with expertise in process and methodology, specifically in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps environmentExperience in data analysis using quality metrics to identify and drive quality improvement initiatives across the SDLCKnowledge of current industry-wide quality and test processes and practices, tools and techniquesUnderstanding of various testing phases and objectives in a software development lifecycleHands-on experience using Atlassian JIRA and ConfluenceExcellent hands-on working experience in managing test plans, test cases, and defects covering generative AI models with the help of tools or languages such as Jira, Python etc.,Evaluate performance, security of LLMs using various metrics by producing dashboards with respect to weightage and scoring.Proven experience in enterprise project deliveriesAble to work independently and in multitasking environmentAble to work in fast paced and challenging environmentsSelf-starter, creative thinking, proactive and enthusiastic and a team playerExcellent communication skills in English
