What You'll Do:

The Testing Maintenance Facilitator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all standard maintenance work for both the Fabrication and Instrument & Automation maintenance groups. As the facilitator, this individual will develop job plans for all notifications detailing manpower, task durations, supporting maintenance groups, parts/materials and equipment.  As a scheduler this individual will act as a liaison between internal customers and the maintenance groups to coordinate all scheduled work.

 

What We're Looking For:

Evaluate all standard maintenance notifications to create work orders with work instructions for completing the request Act as a liaison between Customers and Maintenance to coordinate all scheduled work Create a Weekly Schedule and modify daily throughout the week Work with Operations and Maintenance staff to develop preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment throughout the mechanical testing areas. Responsible for annual, monthly and daily maintenance scheduling. Prepare detailed task lists and materials for Annual Department shut down work. Work with stores to develop and update BOM’s for routine work orders. Work with the Technical Object Updater to maintain that Equipment and Functional Location information is correct and current in SAP. Evaluate completed work orders for proper details and accuracy during final close out. Point of contact for outside vendors and services utilized for planned maintenance activities. Application of Wickliffe Engineering Standards for maintenance work. Work with Engineering, Technical Leader and Supervisor for both maintenance groups, scheduling project work as needed. Contribute to the annual performance management process for technicians from their area of responsibility by assessing technical skills and development needs. Support all Lubrizol and MT Department initiatives around Safety, ISO 9000 and ISO 17025 certification and career development. Actively support safety initiatives such as HPI, RCMS (Responsible Care Management System) and OSHA VPP (Voluntary Protection Program). Provide engineering documentation support.  Ensure CAPEX commitments to time and/or funds with the Project Engineering Manager and maintenance Supervisors. Work with Mechanical Testing Stores on reorder points. Assist Project Engineering on submission of AR Approval Request for processing of Single Asset Purchases.

 

 

Skills That Make a Difference:

5 years of experience working in a maintenance related field Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors and contractors Must be able to schedule, organize, and manage multiple objectives and deadlines simultaneously Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft office products Ability to read prints/drawings (P&ID’s) Contribute in weekly Operations meetings for scheduling running/non-running test stands Ability to acquire necessary instrument and fabrication components to pre-build kits, to generate more efficiency in equipment repairs and critical spares to minimize downtime.

 

Considered a Plus:

Experience in maintenance coordination and scheduling Experience in SAP (ECC or S4 HANA versions) 2-year technical or 4-year degre
