We are currently seeking a Testing Engineering Analyst to join our team in Ciudad de Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
• Knowledge of software testing methodology. • Proficient with requirements gathering tools. • Good knowledge of project management tools and concepts.
Defect Identification and Documentation: Thoroughly identify, document, and track defects in software applications, products, or processes. Defect Analysis and Prioritization: Analyze defect severity, impact, and recurrence to determine prioritization and strategies for resolution. Collaboration and Communication: Work with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to clarify defect descriptions, explain findings, and ensure timely resolution. Reporting and Tracking: Maintain comprehensive defect reports and track the progress of defect resolution. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the underlying causes of defects to prevent recurrence. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce defects. Data Entry and Analysis: Skillfully utilize software for data entry, reporting, and analysis. Testing: Validate features, functionality, and acceptable/unacceptable defects.
