Kforce is looking for a Testing Architect for a hybrid, onsite, contract to hire opportunity with a large client in downtown Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain basic-level domain reference architecture * The Testing Architect will participate in cross domain reference architecture development * Serve as the domain architecture consultant for development teams * Participate in architecture reviews * Manage architecture exceptions for domain * Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies that include automated, manual, performance, and security testing * Design and maintain scalable testing frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) * Work closely with development teams to integrate testing practices into the software development lifecycle * The Testing Architect will establish and enforce quality standards and metrics for software quality assurance * Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and ensure alignment with the organization's testing goals
