**Job Title:** Tester 2 **Location:** Richmond, VA **Schedule:** Must be available for weekends and overtime shifts **Overview:** Seeking a skilled technician to support the production department by testing and troubleshooting complex enterprise equipment, including Static Switches, UPSs, RPPs, and PDUs. Must demonstrate advanced electronics and high-power 3-phase system expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform testing and troubleshooting on static switches, UPS, RPP, PDUs, and high/low power electronics. + Set up, operate, and maintain electronic test equipment, including power meters and oscilloscopes. + Interpret engineering documentation (blueprints, schematics, drawings). + Collaborate with Quality, Process, and Engineering teams. + Maintain a clean, safe work environment following 6S/Lean principles. + Report issues related to schematics and drawings promptly. + Work independently with limited supervision; manage tasks and report progress regularly. **Qualifications:** + Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. + 3-5 years’ experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting, preferably in high power (600V-208V 3-phase) applications. + 2+ years in a test lab or manufacturing environment preferred. + Proficient in PCBA programming, harness and wiring, and electronic test equipment. + Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP. + Solid understanding of electrical/electronic technology and transformer calculations. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis). **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $27.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
