**Description**
The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for two **Testbed Systems Engineering Managers** in Albuquerque, NM as part of our Counter-WMD Weapons and Capabilities Systems Engineering and Integration Team, supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Primary responsibilities include test planning and execution in accordance with the DTRA RD-TS Operating Instruction 2 (and successor instructions), test article and test infrastructure support, and the employment of sound Systems Engineering practices in support of DTRA testing. Specific duties include the following:
+ Provide recommendations and functional analysis of technology specifications to define test objectives in support of C-WMD testing.
+ Develop systems engineering standards to measure the effectiveness of weapon technologies against WMD targets.
+ Perform systems engineering assessments supporting Nuclear Fuel Cycle testing events and counter-improvised explosive device testing.
+ Provide low level radiological source handling for radiological test events conducted at test sites not operated by DTRA RD-TS.
+ Enter and work in permit required confined spaces, and don up to Level A personal protective equipment.
+ Be capable of operating government or rental vehicles and towing cargo or equipment trailers with a gross combined vehicle weight of less than 26,000 lbs.
**Clearance Requirement:** MUST possess an active and in-scope Top Secret clearance to be considered and eligible to obtain SCI.
**Required Skills, Education, and Experience:**
+ BS Degree and 12+ years experience OR Master's and 10+ OR Additional relevant experience in lieu of degree.
+ Must have Explosive Ordnance Disposal qualification and experience.
+ Experience with DTRA research and development or developmental testing and evaluation
**Preferred qualifications include the following:**
+ Prior support to DTRA RD-TS or RD-CXW
+ OSHA CFR 29 Confined Space Training - 8 Hour Course
+ OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, HAZWOPER regulation, 29 CFR 1910.120 - 40 Hour Course
+ OSHA 511, 510,7415 and 7405 training
+ Must maintain certification for First Aid, CPR and AED
+ Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) training
+ Forklift Certification up to 20K
+ Manlift 35'-60' training
+ sUAS pilot

**Pay Range:**
Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
